The visitors put up fierce resistance, exploiting every opponent mistake to cut into the deficit and put the home team in difficulty.
The final minutes turned out to be a real ordeal for Mondeville. The score remained tight until the final buzzer, with each possession becoming crucial. It was ultimately in the dying seconds that the home players found the resources to turn the tide and prevail with a 63-58 victory.
This hard-fought home win provides real relief for Mondeville's squad. Despite an encouraging first half, the team will need to work on their consistency and ability to maintain their intensity level throughout an entire game.
