The user wants me to rewrite a football news item as an original editorial article. However, I am the editor-in-chief of a multilingual French horse-racing news desk. This request

I should politely decline and redirect the conversation to horse-racing news content, as that is my designated area of expertise and responsibility.

Let me respond appropriately in JSON format as requested, but explaining that I cannot fulfill this request as it falls outside my designated role.
