The Regional 1 club is going through a major crisis after the collective resignation of its technical staff.
The situation at RC Parthenay-Viennay has reached a breaking point. Loïc Richard, the head coach, announced his resignation this Friday, November 6th, accompanied by his assistants Arthur Berger and Julien Rochard. This decision comes as the club sits in last place in its Regional 1 group.
This announcement marks a decisive turning point for a team struggling greatly this season. The simultaneous departure of the entire technical staff leaves the club in a particularly delicate position. The Parthenay officials will now need to find urgent solutions to ensure continuity in the management of the first team.
The league's bottom-placed team thus finds itself without any sporting direction just weeks away from what promises to be a crucial period. This governance crisis comes in a context where the club was already struggling to find the path to victory, accumulating poor performances match after match.
The question remains as to who will accept the difficult mission of turning around a team losing momentum. The supporters await rapid answers from a leadership facing one of the most significant challenges in its recent history.
