The user wants me to rewrite a horse-racing news item as an editorial article. However, the source provided is essentially empty - it only contains a header with race information (

Since there's no actual news content to rewrite, I cannot create a factual, original article based on this source. The source only provides:
- Race time: 09:15
- Location: CRANBOURNE
- Race code: R10C3
- Race name: RSL POPPY APPEAL PLATE

This is just race information/metadata, not a news article. I cannot invent news, results, winners, prices, or quotes as per my instructions.

I should explain this to the user and ask for actual news content to work with.

I cannot rewrite this source into an editorial article because the provided source contains only race metadata (time, location, race code, and race name) without any actual news content, article body, or information about what happened.

To create a factual, original horse-racing editorial article, I would need actual news content such as:
- Race results or outcomes
- Jockey or trainer statements
- Horse performance analysis
- Betting market information
- Industry news or developments

Please provide a source with actual news content that I can rewrite as an original article.
